Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your exchange or refund is handled with the care your wardrobe deserves.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Parcel

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
